Gullah Lady – Sharon Cooper-Murray

Established more than 25 years ago to preserve Gullah culture primarily focused on language (storytelling), folk art traditions (rag quilting and twiss-up doll making) and music (children and Praise House music) through research, promotion and development activities. We provide educational programming, workshops, lectures, storytelling and resource development to further the knowledge of this indigenous population.
